Marquis Nuby originally founded Caring Hearts and Thriving minds in 2019 to create mental health resources that his patient population could access.

As the President of the Boards of Directors, Rodney Presley serves as the principal executive officer and oversees all business affairs of the organization.

As the Vice President of the Board of Directors, Carl Patten assists with business affairs of the organization and performs leading duties in the absence of the President. 

As the Treasurer and Secretary of the Board of Directors, Roderick King is responsible for all fund management, oversees financial accounts, and serves as the custodian of corporate records.
